Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@astronight.com.au. Please do not send anything without first contacting our team.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions and shipping label.

Items sent back to Astro Night without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Please take a photo of any packaging damage or damage to the item and include the photos with your email to us at support@astronight.com.au.

 

Refunds

Astro Night will follow the ACC consumer rights and guarantees for Australian Law.

If your product becomes faulty during the warranty period, contact us at support@astronight.com.au, if we can not rectify the issue over email or telephone, we may request the item to be returned to Astro Night for inspection or repair.

Astro Night will endeavor to replace or repair your product during the warranty period.

Astro Night will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know regarding replacement or repair.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@astronight.com.au.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges will not be considered if you have changed your mind regarding your purchase. However, please contact Astro Night regarding your product to discuss your options.
